Russell Church, as an officer of several of EEA’s companies, has an extensive background in commercial real estate acquisitions and financial management. He has been with the EEA family of companies since 1998; in that time he has done extensive work in strategic development for the company and real estate portfolio management. Through his investment portfolio expertise and extensive knowledge of multifamily property management, Mr. Church worked directly with the owner of RESOLVE in the development and formation of RESOLVE. As RESOLVE's Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Church is responsible for strategic planning and implementation of policies within the organization, monitoring daily operations and overseeing all personnel. Since its inception, Mr. Church has taken RESOLVE from a small, startup company to a full service collection agency providing collection returns above the norm to our many valued customers. Due to Mr. Church’s ongoing research and development, RESOLVE now offers various services including resident and pre-employment screening that has quickly further secured RESOLVE as a leader in the property management industry. RESOLVE continues to move forward, under the leadership of Mr. Church, in this fluctuating economy to provide and maintain a superior quality of services and personnel. Mr. Church holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Commercial Investment Member.

Mike Dolianitis
Vice President - Operations

Mike Dolianitis, as the Vice President of Operations,  joined RESOLVE to oversee all aspects of our Operations Center in Greensboro, NC.  Mr. Dolianitis is a driven leader who oversees the daily operations of our professional team of Screening Processors, Collectors and Administrative staff.  He is also responsible for financial reporting & constantly works to maintain the highest customer satisfaction levels in the industry. Mr. Dolianitis is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and has over 25 years' experience in Operations & Sales Management. Prior to joining RESOLVE, Mr. Dolianitis led business units to success while holding several leadership positions in the wholesale mortgage industry. A veteran of one of the largest credit card companies in the world, Mr. Dolianitis has proved to be a goal oriented, detailed leader focused on quality results, risk management & fiscal effectiveness.  Mr. Dolianitis has also utilized his knowledge of system integrations and automation tools to maintain the mission and vision of the organization.

Amanda Reynolds
Regional Sales Manager

Amanda Reynolds, as Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast, joined RESOLVE to oversee all customer relationships & sales initiatives for the southeast region. Prior to joining the sales team, Ms. Reynolds worked for a number of years in RESOLVE's operation center promoting client utilization, enhancing customer service, and building client rapport in a variety of roles. Ms. Reynolds has enjoyed a successful career in sales, marketing, and business management for over 25 years. In 1987, Ms. Reynolds was awarded the Distinguished Sales Award for her outstanding sales performance in the Nashville area which makes her the perfect addition to the RESOLVE sales team. As a graduate of The University of Tennessee, Ms. Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration.

Karen Gloe
Business Development Manager

Karen Gloe, as a Business Development Manager, joined RESOLVE to expand the scope of Resident and Employment Screening services for Clients nationwide. Prior to joining the sales team, Ms. Gloe enjoyed a successful career in the Marketing industry. Her experience in this field included lead generation, account management, client retention, marketing, business administration, and the recruiting and training of staff. She owned her own business and has also had a successful career in merchant service sales. Ms. Gloe has been recognized for her professionalism and business skills by being awarded the Business Woman of the Year in her hometown state of South Dakota in 2006 and brings extensive marketing, networking, and sales experience to the RESOLVE sales team. Ms. Gloe is a proven client relations specialist and RESOLVE is excited by her addition to the Sales Team.
